MUMBAI: India’s economic growth forecast for the current fiscal year has been revised to 6.3% from 6.1% earlier, the International Monetary Fund said in its October 2023 World Economic Outlook report that was released on Tuesday.
The global lender expects retail inflation in the South Asian nation to rise to 5.5% in 2023/24 before easing to 4.6% in 2024/25.
