“When he later told me about Infosys, I told him that my dream as a kid was to work for his company after our computer broke at home and a guy from Infosys came to our house to fix it. It’s funny how life plays out sometimes,” he said in the post.

Mamedi’s tweet quoted Paytm founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma’s post on Murthy that said, ““I enjoyed those successes. I wept for those mistakes. I think in some sense, the experiences that you have gone through within the organisation is your only companion. There’s nobody else.” “Leadership is Extremely Lonely,” says Narayana Murthy Sir.

Murthy recently hit the headlines after his comments urging youngsters to work 70 hours a week in order to increase India’s overall productivity. His remarks sparked a huge debate online, with India Inc on both sides, pro and against his views. While Murthy’s comment found support among some of India’s industry stalwarts, some others have not been so much in sync with his idea.
