Fresh outbreak of violence in Manipur on Tuesday wounded at least 10 people, including two police commandos, a village woman, and a 65-year-old tribal man. An exchange of gunfire between security forces and unidentified gunmen wounded nine people in the foothills of Imphal West district, bordering Kangpokpi district. The tribal man was wounded in a scuffle with unidentified gunmen at a different location in Kangpokpi.
