India and New Zealand will fight it out for a place in the title match of the ICC World Cup 2023 when the two teams meet in the first semi-final on Wednesday at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
It will be the second meeting of the two teams after their league-stage match earlier in the tournament.
India, who won all their nine league matches en route to the semis, defeated the Kiwis by four wickets in Dharamsala.
As far as the two teams’ head-to-head numbers in ODIs are concerned, India hold the edge. Here’s the record:

While India finished top of the standings at the end of the league phase in the 10-team competition, New Zealand managed to clinch the fourth spot.
The second semi-final will be contested between Australia and South Africa on November 16 at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata.
