A high-level J&K government committee will scrutinise service records of employees whose initial appointment orders are not available. The committee, constituted Monday, has been asked to make “specific recommendations” to the general administration department (GAD) within a month in cases where service records’ genuineness “could not be established beyond reasonable doubt”.
