Actor Parineeti Chopra and politician Raghav Chadha’s wedding turned out to be a star-studded affair in Udaipur. The couple kick-started their pre-wedding festivities on September 22. According to reports, the choora, haldi, mehendi and sangeet ceremonies took place on Friday and Saturday, followed by nuptials on September 24. Attended by family members and close friends, Parineeti and Raghav’s wedding was no less than a dreamy affair, as is visible from a series of pictures shared by the actress on Instagram to announce their holy union.
Posting the much-awaited pictures from their wedding, Prineeti wrote, “From the very first chat at the breakfast table, our hearts knew. Been waiting for this day for a long time .. So blessed to finally be Mr and Mrs! Couldn’t have lived without each other .. Our forever begins now …”

Parineeti’s cousin, Priyanka Chopra was among the first few to take to the comments section to congratulate the newlyweds. “My blessings always,” she wrote with heart-eyes emoticons.
Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha got engaged in the presence of family members and friends in May in Delhi’s Kapurthala House. The couple tied the knot near Lake Pichola in Udaipur. The actress and her guests were staying at The Leela Palace, while Raghav and his family were at the Taj Lake Palace. The baraat traveled from the Taj Lake Palace to The Leela Palace by boat. Earlier Priyanka Chopra’s mother Madhu Chopra first shared the first picture from the sangeet ceremony. Singer Navraj Hans performed at Raghav Chadha and Parineeti Chopra’s 90s theme party on Saturday. As per reports, a Shanti Path took place before Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha’s sacred pheras started. The wedding at The Leela Palace had white as the theme and was described as ‘A pearl white Indian wedding’ in the wedding invitation as well.
On the work front, Parineeti Chopra was last seen in Sooraj Barjatya’s critically-acclaimed film ‘Uunchai’. She will next be seen in ‘Mission Raniganj: The Great Bharat Rescue’ co-starring Akshay Kumar. Raghav Chadha is a member of the Aam Aadmi Party.
