NEW DELHI: India’s Hriday Vipul Chheda, Anush Agarwalla, and Divyakriti Singh continued their impressive performance, advancing to the medal contention stage after qualifying for the individual dressage final of equestrian at the Asian Games in Hangzhou on Wednesday.
Hriday, astride his horse Chemxpro, clinched the top spot in the qualification round with an outstanding total score of 73.883. Meanwhile, Anush, who rode Etro, secured the fourth position with a commendable score of 71.706.
Divyakriti, riding Adrenalin Firfod, finished 11th with a score of 67.676, while Sudipti Hajela was unfortunately eliminated from the competition.

In this event, the top 15 riders from the qualification round will advance to the final.
The quartet of Hriday, Anush, Divyakriti, and Sudipti achieved a historic feat on Tuesday by claiming the team dressage gold, ending a 41-year-old drought at the continental event.
