SRINAGAR: Security forces launched a massive search operation after an Army soldier went missing in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kulgam district, officials said on Sunday.
The Army jawan identified as Javaid Ahmad Wani, a resident of Achathal area of Kulgam district, went missing on Saturday evening, reported news agency PTI quoting officials.
Wani, who was posted in Ladakh region, was on leave.
His car was later found in Paranhall last evening, they added.
