NEW DELHI: Congress released the first list of candidates for Chhattisgarh, Telangana and Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections on Sunday.
A list of 30 candidates was released for Chhattisgarh polls. CM Bhupesh Baghel will be contesting from Patan and Deputy CM T S Singh Deo from Ambikapur.

Elections in Chhattisgarh is scheduled to be held in two phases- on November 7 and 17. The votes will be counted on December 3.
For Telangana polls, scheduled to be held on November 30, the party released a list of 55 candidates. Telangana Congress president Revanth Reddy will be contesting from Kodangal.
In Madhya Pradesh, the party released a list of 144 candidates with the CM Kamal Nath contesting from Chhindwara. Jaivardhan Singh, son of the former CM Digvijaya Singh has been fielded from Raghigath seat. Elections in the state are scheduled to be held on November 17.
