NEW DELHI: The Parliament ethics committee has called BJP MP Nishikant Dubey and advocate Jai Anant Dehadrai for oral evidence on October 26 with regard to the complaint they have filed against TMC MP Mahua Moitra alleging that she has “a direct involvement in ‘cash-for-query’ in Parliament”.
The letter sent by the privileges and ethics branch of the Lok Sabha secretariat to Dubey said, “I am directed to state that the committee on ethics has decided to hear you in the above matter in person on October 26, 2023, from 12.30 hours onwards in Committee Room 1, Parliament House Annexe Extension, New Delhi”. A similar letter has been sent to Dehadrai.
