Exclusive! After doing Khatron Ke Khiladi 13, I feel like my mind has opened up to doing different things in life, says winner Dino James

Like every year, the action reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi made sure to keep the audience on the edge of their seats. This year singer and rapper Dino James lifted the KKK 13 trophy. Actors Arjit Taneja and Aishwarya Sharmagave him stiff competition. Dino, who is delighted with his win, says, “I am very happy to have won this show as it has been a great experience for me being part of Khatron Ke Khiladi.I have made good friends here who are like an extended family.”

How did his family react to his win and watch him on TV every day? Dino says, “My family members are very grounded and we come from a humble background. Obviously, they get happy seeing me and emotional too. My sister is the one who gets very excited to see me on TV. This show is not just a show for me but much more than that. It has given me a lot and it will surely be an experience for me to remember.”
Initially, Dino wasn’t sure of whether he should take up an offer. He reveals, “When I got the offer, I said no. They kept explaining to me why I was fit for the show, but I constantly said no for a month or more until they convinced me to take up the show.”
He adds, “It will help me connect with my audiences beyond my singing and they will know me for who I am. And I am so glad that I took it up. Now after doing this show, my mind has opened up to doing different things in life.”
