Lenovo teamed up with Aston Martin to bring the ThinkStation PX, P7, and P5 to life. The company says that this collaboration is aimed at creating workstations that offer exceptional performance and reflect Lenovo’s signature red design language and Aston Martin’s design philosophy. The teams worked together to engineer a chassis design that requires no tools and is extremely flexible, wih improved ergonomics.
These desktop workstations take inspiration from Aston Martin’s well-known DBS Grand Tourer, with its chassis displaying a 3D grill design incorporating high-performance automotive technology. The air baffles have been redesigned, the 3D hex ventilation openings are larger, and Lenovo’s patented tri-channel cooling system ensures maximum airflow, allowing the CPUs, GPUs, memory, and storage to perform at their best. These workstations also have a modern, modular design, with front access drives that simplify upgrades and maintenance.
