JAMMU: A man from Jammu’s Chatha area suffered injuries in a low-intensity explosion at his brother’s residence on the city’s outskirts on Wednesday, SSP Jammu Chandan Kohli said.
“Initial investigation revealed that the explosive material was kept in the house illegally for hunting animals and traps,” the SSP said, adding that the injured person was under treatment.
A case under relevant sections of the law was registered and an investigation was launched, the SSP added.
