New parents Rahul Vadiya and Disha Parmar take home their little daughter from hospital; former says “I am taking home my Lakshmi on my birthday”

Birthday boy Rahul Vaidya calls it for double celebration. On September 20, the duo were blessed with a baby girl and today on Rahul’s birthday they are taking home their daughter from the hospital. Rahul and Disha were seen wearing casuals, Disha wore a loose co-ord set while Rahul flaunted his kumkum teeka on smart casuals.
Disha and Rahul were papped outside the hospital where Rahul was seen carrying his little one in his arms.Rahul and Disha posed for thepaps with their little girl. When asked about the celebration, Rahul said, “Ganesh Chaturthi mein lakshmiji humare ghar aayi hai. It’s my birthday today and my daughter and wife are coming home. There cannot be any better birthday gift than this. Please keep our little girl in your prayers and keep blessing her with all the love. A huge thanks to the hospital and the doctors for taking care of my little girl and my wife.”
Disha also added a few words, “All I want to say is that please keep giving all your blessings to our little girl.” Paps also asked Rahul about what name are they planning for their daughter, he said, “The name will be kept by her daadi and naani. So whatever name gets decided will soon be shared with you all. I am sure it will be a lovely name.”
Earlier, Disha and Rahul exclusively spoke to Bombay Times sharing their joy, Disha said, “We never planned the pregnancy and we didn’t know our baby would be born during Ganeshotsav or that we would bring her home on September 23. This is such a beautiful birthday gift.”

While Rahul said, “We had no clue that we were going to be delivering on September 20. A day before that, we had gone out for Ganpati darshan. When we came back at night, Disha had a lot of pain which went on for the entire night. Then the next morning at around 10 am went to the hospital and that’s when the doctors checked and said that she would deliver today, so she needed to be hospitalised. We weren’t prepared, but Disha was calm as she has been throughout her pregnancy. At around 5:27 pm, our baby girl was born.”
