According to tipster Max Jambor, the OnePlus 12 will launch globally in India on January 23.
OnePlus 12: What to expect
OnePlus 12 will run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and is rumoured to come with up to 24GB of RAM, 1TB of storage, and a 5400mAh battery that supports 100W wired fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging. The smartphone will run on Android 14-based ColorOS 14 in China, while for other markets, it will be shipped with OxygenOS 14.
The smartphone will feature a 6.82-inch X1 “Oriental” LTPO OLED display with a resolution of 1440 x 3168 pixels and a peak brightness of up to 2600 nits. The display is a joint development of BOE and OnePlus and will come with the first-generation image quality engine chip, Display P1.
The OnePlus 12 will have a 50 MP main camera with a Sony LYT-808 sensor. The ultra-wide shooter will feature a 48 MP sensor, while the periscope lens with 3x telephoto zoom will feature a 64 MP imager. The camera setup will also include a 13-channel multi-spectral sensor to enhance its capabilities.
OnePlus 12 will come in three colours – Green, White, and Black.
