Adobe has announced the web version of its popular photo editing software — Photoshop. Photo Web will be available as a part of all Photoshop plans along with the newly launched Adobe Firefly generative AI features including Generative Fill and Generative Expand.
Photoshop Web: Features
Adobe Photoshop Web brings more ways to access the power of Photoshop and it is easy to access with just a few clicks as there’s no download or installation process required. With Photoshop Web, users will have the option to create, open or edit any Photoshop document irrespective of the fact that it has been created using the app or web.
Photoshop Web also comes with the option to collaborate with others to work together on a project or receive necessary feedback and work accordingly. The good thing is that the collaboration feature works for others even if they don’t have a Photoshop subscription.
In addition to these, the Photoshop Web does not compromise on the tools. Adobe says that they’ve integrated almost all the most commonly used Photoshop tools that are available on desktops. Also, they’ve made the navigation easier to make new users accustomed to the interface.
Photoshop Web also includes tool names to make it easier to navigate for users who aren’t that familiar with Photoshop.
Generative Fill and Generative Expand are now available on the web too. Adobe has also integrated the Firefly features into the Web as well. These features allow users to add, expand, or remove content from your images non-destructively, while magically matching perspective, lighting, and style.
Contextual Task Bar is also available on the web. This is basically an on-screen menu that recommends the most relevant steps in the key workflows and helps reduce the number of clicks required to complete a task.
