The incident happened in the 39th over of the innings when Bhui, who scored 31 off 39 balls, was going great before he tried to play a ramp shot close to his body off Mayank Yadav‘s delivery but couldn’t get it right as it went towards the first slip region.
The ball was looking to get to the boundary but an alert Prabhsimran, who initially moved to his left, swiftly revived and threw himself to his right to grab a blinder.
“You do not want to miss Prabhsimran Singh’s flying catch behind the stumps,” read the video caption posted by the BCCI on Twitter.
Prabhsimran’s full stretch dive achieved the unthinkable as it was one of the best catches he has taken so far.
