NEW DELHI: Sunteck Realty on Saturday reported a 17 per cent growth in its sales bookings to Rs 395 crore in the second quarter of this fiscal year on better housing demand. Its sales bookings stood at Rs 337 crore in the year-ago period.
In the first six months of the current fiscal, sales bookings rose 17 per cent to Rs 782 crore from Rs 670 crore in the corresponding period in the year-ago period, according to a regulatory filing.
The company has a portfolio of about 52.5 million sq ft spread across 32 projects.
