SRINAGAR: Three persons died after a dumper truck they were travelling in fell into a deep gorge near Dharamkund in Gool area of Jammu and Kashmir’s Ramban district late Monday. The driver of the vehicle survived with injuries, police said.
On learning of the accident, rescue parties rushed to the spot and shifted the bodies to Ramban district hospital. “Police have registered a case and launched an investigation,” said a cop.
The deceased were identified as Bahar Din (20), Omkar Singh, and Behari Lal (24), all residents of Pari Tangar, Ramban SSP Mohita Sharma said.
