German football great Thomas Muller, who plays for the Bundesliga club Bayern Munich, wished the Indian cricket team good luck ahead of its semifinal against New Zealand in Mumbai on Wednesday.
Muller posted a video on ‘X’ (formerly Twitter), unboxing the Team India jersey and then wearing it to wish the team success in its effort to win a third ODI World Cup.

India won all their nine league matches to finish on top of the points table and book a place in the semis, which will be played at skipper Rohit Sharma’s home ground, the Wankhede Stadium.
The second semi-final will feature five-time champions Australia taking on South Africa in Kolkata on November 16.
