Known for his big-hitting prowess in white-ball cricket, the West Indies all-rounder smashed a monstrous six in the Major League Cricket (MLC) game on Tuesday, depositing the ball 110 metres away to record the biggest maximum in MLC so far in its inaugural edition.

Facing Seattle Orcas‘s Cameron Gannon in the 12th over of the MI New York innings, Pollard hit the huge six during his partnership with Nicholas Pooran (68 off 34 balls)
“ONE HUNDRED…AND TEN METRES! Kieron Pollard with the biggest six of Major League Cricket,” the MLC tweeted with a video of the hit.

Pollard was eventually dismissed for 34 off 18 balls, which included three sixes in the game as the New York side posted 194/8 on the board.
The Seattle Orcas then scraped out a win by two wickets, thanks to Heinrich Klaasen’s blistering 110 off 44 balls, which included 9 fours and 7 sixes afer opener Nauman Anwar’s 51 off 30 balls.
