Bowling for Mysuru Warriors against Hubli Tigers in the KSCA Maharaja Trophy T20 tournament, Prasidh clean bowled his Karnataka teammate Luvnith Sisodia for a three-ball duck in the first over.
Prasidh, who had undergone surgery for lumbar stress fracture earlier this year, last played for India in an ODI against Zimbabwe in Harare in August last year.
The Ireland series is viewed as an opportunity for Prasidh to tune his body to the rigours of international cricket after a lengthy gap.
Prasidh had also bowled in the KSCA T20 tournament for G Kasturirangan Memorial Trophy tournament last month.
Earlier this year, Prasidh was ruled out of the IPL 2023 with a lumbar stress fracture. He was recuperating at the NCA post the surgery.
