NEW DELHI: Suryakumar Yadav was at his majestic best during the third T20I against the West Indies. He scored a whirlwind 83 off just 44 balls to hand India a seven-wicket win over the hosts in the must-win encounter at the Providence Stadium in Guyana on Tuesday.
India won the match but are still trailing the five-match series 1-2.
Suryakumar’s feat was hailed by all the fans sitting in the stands.
After the win, Surya, who hammered 10 fours and 4 sixes in his dazzling knock, was seen gifting his jersey to a ‘special’ fan.
Surya met a wheelchair-bound fan and gifted him his match-winning jersey.
