Be yourself, be fearless,” said Surya while handing T20I cap to Jaiswal.
Jaiswal amassed an impressive 266 runs in the two Tests at an average of 88.66, including one century and one fifty against the West Indies.
The extremely talented youngster was also the fifth-highest run-getter of IPL 2023 and finished with 625 runs in 14 matches at an average of 48.08, with one century, and five fifties.
